Material Composition
- Graphite matrix impregnated with copper/alloy (typically Cu-Sn-Cr) via vacuum pressure infiltration.
Key Properties
- Mechanical: 3x higher compressive strength vs. pure graphite (＞130MPa)
- Thermal: Conductivity 45-120W/(m·K),耐温2800°C
- Tribological: Low friction coefficient (0.12-0.25), self-lubricating
